Description:
- Prepare
drawings and proposals for the project.
- Responsible
for renderings and walk through.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare
drawings in discussions with Client.
- Prepare
proposals for Project.
- Rendering
detailed renderings, fly through and walk through.
- Co-ordinate
and collaborate with all consultants associated with the Project.
- Responsible
in reviewing shop drawings and specifications.
- Preparation
of material list.
- Having
a clear understanding of current design trends, materials and industry
standards.
- Updated
on alternative material available.
- Lead
and guide architects on multi discipline projects.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Architecture and registered as Member of Council of Architecture.
- Should
be enrolled in Indian Institute of Architects.
- 5 – 7 years of related experience with an
Architectural firm
