To manage Projects from concept to completion at SKY Engineering
Interiors, ensuring exceptional quality and Client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for overseeing every phase of the project, and
delivering results that exceed Client expectations while maintaining the
highest standards of quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing parts of / complete Interior projects.
Oversee project timelines, budgets to ensure projects
are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Supervise workers, subcontractors and work
activities.
Assess and manage safety hazards.
Understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
Plan daily works at site.
Quantity check at site with respect to the BOQ.
Schedule tasks and assign responsibilities.
Handle manpower, labour and material.
Skills:
Bachelors in Architecture / Civil Engineering /
Interior Design Interiors
Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Interior
projects.
Excellent communication skill, teamwork skill.
Should have an eye for detail.
Experience in project management from conception to
delivery.
Hands on experience with project management tools (MS
Project, MS Planner)
Understanding of current design trends, materials and
industry standards.
